Beginners Mindfulness with Jan
Course: 4 sessions per course payable in advance £40
I will take you on a Mindfulness journey in small steps, explaining how meditation can fit into your life and the benefits. I'll teach Mindfulness at a slow and relaxed pace so even people who say they can't meditate will hopefully find a method to suit their life.
If you cannot make the Friday morning group please let me know if another time/day would suit you and I will look to adding another one in the schedual.
