About Cognitive-Behavioural Hypnotherapy
Given the nature of CBH and its exploration of thoughts, feelings, and behaviour, it is extremely effective in addressing many of our modern-day stressors.
CBH is beneficial for the following issues and many more.
• Stress & Anxiety
• Exam Stress
• Fears & Phobias
• Improve Self-Esteem & Confidence
• Sleep Related Issues
• Public Speaking
• Stop Smoking
• Weight Loss
• Assertiveness
• Problem Solving
• Habit Reversal
• Covid-19 anxiety
During sessions, we explore the effect our thoughts have on our body and autonomic nervous system and what we can do to support our general well-being holistically. Packages are tailor-made to suit each client.
Hypnosis is a natural state that we encourage, through deep relaxation, while focusing our attention on a dominant idea (for example – the change we wish to make)
My clients are offered a welcoming and safe space in which they can explore the issues that hold them back. I then use modern clinical hypnotherapy to support them moving forward.
I'm also a qualified Traumatic Birth Recovery practitioner.

About Melanie
I became intrigued with anxiety during my Twenties after suffering with the feeling first-hand for several years. After exploring the many treatments available and having some huge insights of my own, I knew I wanted to support others in moving forward.
After Clinical Hypnotherapy training, I chose to focus specifically on the thought / feeling connection, I then trained with the UK College of Hypnosis and Hypnotherapy to specialise in Cognitive-Behavioural Hypnotherapy.
