I include a structured breathwork program during my sessions, the practice of breathing is always with you and with a little guidance, you will learn a natural way to wake up and energise, bring about balance and help you drift to sleep.

I became intrigued with anxiety during my Twenties after suffering with the feeling first-hand for several years. After exploring the many treatments available and having some huge insights of my own, I knew I wanted to support others in moving forward.
After Clinical Hypnotherapy training, I chose to focus specifically on the thought / feeling connection, I then trained with the UK College of Hypnosis and Hypnotherapy to specialise in Cognitive-Behavioural Hypnotherapy.
