Time: 12.30pm - 1.30pm
I will guide you through the different ways we can add Mindfulness into every day, in small steps, explaining how meditation can fit into your life and the benefits. I teach Mindfulness at a slow and relaxed pace so even people who say they can't meditate will hopefully find a method to suit their life.
Mindfulness is a gradual process where we learn to be compassionate to ourselves and others, by each day allowing our minds to disengage with the 'chatter' and 'catastrophising'. Learn how important it is to breathe and be in the moment.
