Discover Mindfulness in The New Forest. A beautifully tranquil place to reconnect with yourself.
Mindfulness practice teaches us how to pay attention on purpose. Mindfulness helps to boost your resilience to stress and illnesses, regain focus and leaves you feeling calmer and more positive.
It has, through research, proven to be an effective, self-management technique that can quieten your constantly chattering mind by looking at your thoughts with compassion and without judgement.
It is a skill that can be useful in the workplace or at home and it can easily be integrated into all areas of your life.
Mindfulness combines meditation and activities carried out in a Mindful way that strengthen your focus and concentration whilst bringing you ’in to the present moment’.
One to One
One to One Mindfulness appointments are available at the Centre or via Zoom and always tailored to your individual needs. Want to share a session with a friend, relative or partner? I'm happy to accommodate 2 for the price of 1.

Mindful Art Group
Make time in your frantic week for a little me time! Suitable for Mindfulness beginners, and those who want to add more mindfulness into their week through the medium of Art and Meditation.
You do not need to be artistic to join this group. You can even colour outside of the lines, it is all about waking up the creative mind with awareness and playfulness.
I will teach techniques to begin, and continue with your Mindfulness journey. I will show how easy it is to introduce mindfulness into your life in simple to follow, practical ways.
I will guide and support you as you learn how to see your thoughts and emotions less as enemies and more as friends, enhancing your feelings of compassion for yourself and others.
Mindfulness takes commitment, please be aware that you will get the most benefit if you are able to attend regularly, and practise in-between.
