Discover Mindfulness in The New Forest. A beautifully tranquil place to reconnect with yourself.
Mindfulness practice teaches us how to pay attention on purpose. Mindfulness helps to boost your resilience to stress and illnesses, regain focus and leaves you feeling calmer and more positive.
It has, through research, proven to be an effective, self-management technique that can quieten your constantly chattering mind by looking at your thoughts with compassion and without judgement.
It is a skill that can be useful in the workplace or at home and it can easily be integrated into all areas of your life.

Mindfulness combines meditation and activities carried out in a Mindful way that strengthen your focus and concentration whilst bringing you ’in to the present moment’.
