Having suffered with migraines, IBS, psoriasis and generally feeling really tired, I was disheartened to be offered more pills and lotions to lessen the symptoms, rather than trying to get to the bottom of the problem. That’s when I started investigating alternative solutions on my own and came across holistic nutrition and I have never looked back.
I believe in a simple, natural approach and my goal is to help educate you on wellness and prevention so that you can make the right food choices in the future. The digestive process fuels our cells and if it’s not working optimally it can have a knock-on effect on other body systems. Holistic nutrition looks at all these body systems together - not stand alone – and looks to regain the natural balance.
