ACCESSING OR AMENDING YOUR DATA

RETENTION OF INFORMATION
Your personal Data will be retained for as long as it is necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it is collected, for business or legal purposes, or in accordance with applicable laws.
Client treatment data must by law be kept for 10 years and cannot be deleted before this time. If you no longer use our services at Holistic Hideaway, after 10 years all your data will be destroyed/deleted.
Should you choose to unsubscribe from our mailing list your personal data will be removed either immediately by the unsubscribe option or within 1 month of your request, no further contact will be made once your request to be removed has been received.
Once a year we evaluate our database and securely delete any contacts no longer engaged or any Data no longer needed by us.
