Remedial Massage is the assessment and treatment of the muscles, connective tissues, posture, tendons and ligaments.
This treatment is recommended for most muscular injuries including Sports Injuries, Repetitive Strain Injuries, Whiplash, Frozen Shoulder, Tennis or Golfers Elbow, many types of back pain and much more. Concentrating on the area affected it is designed to help rehabilitation, reducing pain and aiding a quicker recovery.
If you do any sport you know how muscular aches, pains and stiffness can hinder your performance. Regular Remedial assessments may help reduce the chance of an injury reoccurring or a fresh injury happening.
Aftercare advice including self care, exercises and/or stretches to help with recovery will be demonstrated and a treatment plan discussed.
